How to Use SahajBiz

Visual, practical guides to help home entrepreneurs take voice orders, cost products profitably, collect UPI payments, and delight customers.

Guide 1 · Voice Intake

How to Record an Order in 5 Seconds Using Your Voice

When your hands are covered in flour, batter or thread, you do not need to type. Tap the mic and speak the way you would speak to a neighbour — English, Hindi, Marathi or Hinglish.

1

Set up your business once

The first time you open SahajBiz it asks your name, your business name, your trade and your language. It takes a minute, and it is what puts your own name on every bill you send.

2

Tap Speak to SahajBiz

The green button at the top of the home screen, or the mic in the bar along the bottom of the phone. Allow the microphone when the browser asks. No microphone? Type the order into the box instead, or tap Fill the form by hand.

3

Speak the order details clearly

Include customer name, item name, quantity, delivery day and time, and any advance received.

💡 Or pick a sample order:

English:

Priya Sharma ordered 1kg Chocolate Truffle cake tomorrow 5 PM. Total 850 rupees, 300 advance received on GPay.

हिन्दी (Hindi):

प्रिया शर्मा का ऑर्डर है 1 किलो चॉकलेट केक कल शाम 5 बजे के लिए। कुल 850 रुपये, 300 रुपये एडवांस मिला।

मराठी (Marathi):

प्रिया शर्मा यांची १ किलो चॉकलेट केकची ऑर्डर उद्या संध्याकाळी ५ वाजता. एकूण ८५० रुपये, ३०० रुपये ॲडव्हान्स मिळाला.

Hinglish:

Priya Sharma ko kal shaam 5 baje 1 kg chocolate truffle cake chahiye, kul 850 rupaye, 300 advance mila.

4

Check it and tap Create Order

SahajBiz fills in the form and marks in amber anything it was unsure of. Correct what needs correcting and tap Create Order. If it is only an enquiry, tap Save as enquiry instead — it stays out of your money totals until it becomes a real order.
